Butch's fried cabbage ingredients
1 head Bok Choy (Chinese cabbage)
1 head green cabbage
1 pound thick sliced pepper bacon
2 yellow onions
2 red bell peppers
6 serrano peppers
6 bulbs of garlic
1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions

In a large stock pot, fry the bacon till it's about done. Add garlic, onion, serrano peppers and cook till the onions start getting softer - not too soft though.

Throw in all the cabbage and the chicken broth. Stir it all up and steam it on high with the lid on for a while. Just watch the cabbage doesn't get overcooked. When you think the cabbage is close, turn off the fire, toss in the red peppers and stir it up. Put the lid back on and let it sit a minute or two, that's plenty of time for the red peppers to cook.
