Green Chili Halibut ingredients
some halibut
1 can roasted green chilies
3 heaped tblspoons of mayonaise
juice and pulp from 1 lime
cilantro onion relish
1 cup rice
2 cup chicken broth
green onion
1 serrano pepper halved lengthwise

Directions

After soaking your rice like normal add rice, chicken broth and serrano pepper to your rice cooker. When it's done cooking, toss in the chopped up green onion and let that steam for a while.

Place fish in a shallow pan under broiler on high for about 8 minutes or when fish is just starting to turn a little color. Turn fish, cover with the green chili sauce you've made and broil for 8 more minutes or until the onions in the sauce are turning black a little. Add another layer of sauce and broil for another 8 minutes or so.
Serve with rice and leftover sauce.
