Take the steaks out of the soy marinade and cook hot for a minute or two on one side, flip them over and throw in all the chopped up peppers, pour in 1/2 cup pineapple juice and put a lid over it. Cook hot for just a minute or two.

Tuna should be rare inside - bright pink but warm.
