Heat oil over medium heat and add onion and garlic when it's hot.
Cook onion/garlic till it just starts to brown.
Toss in mustard seed and let that cook till they start popping.
Add the rest of the spices and honey, stir it all together and add peas. If it gets clumpy,
add some chicken broth but keep in mind that you want the liquids gone so don't cover the pan
after the peas are thawed.
Once peas are hot, add sour cream and stir together.
