Easy Meatloaf

2 lb ground round

2 lb spicy pork sausage

2 lb mozzarella

2 red peppers

2 medium red onion

8 pcs toasted sourdough bread cubed

8oz V8 juice

4 eggs

Bake at 425 for about an hour. I used really lean ground round instead of hamburger so there was no grease to pour off.
